What is Appalachia? Most may just think it is a mountain range that travels through 15 states on the east coast, however, it is an area that is rich in culture, diversity, myths, legends, and more. This area has so many horror stories that are based in the area about the woods and what lurks in them. Now, you may be wondering what in fact lurks in this mountain range, and why do so many people have the same stories and experiences in these woods, just merely based off of their backyard?
